White Nimbus TCG – Shipping Policy

At White Nimbus TCG, we know how important it is to receive your cards quickly and safely. We take pride in our "Collector-Grade" packaging to ensure your items arrive in the condition promised.

1. PROCESSING TIMES

  • Standard Orders: All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • High-Volume Drops: During major set releases or sales events, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.

  • Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is packed and ready for the carrier.

2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily ship via USPS Ground Advantage and UPS to provide reliable tracking for every order.

  • Domestic (USA): Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after processing.

  • International: We currently Do Not Ship internationally. 

3. PACKAGING STANDARDS

We ship your items the way we would want to receive them:

  • Single Cards: Always shipped in a penny sleeve, top-loader, and a team bag to prevent moisture and scratches.

  • Sealed Product: Shipped in sturdy corrugated boxes with ample bubble wrap or void fill to prevent corner dings or crushed boxes.

  • Discrete Packaging: We use neutral outer packaging to ensure the contents of your high-value TCG order are not visible from the outside.

4. P.O. BOXES & APO/FPO ADDRESSES

White Nimbus TCG proudly ships to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS.

5. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

White Nimbus TCG (MBC Investments LLC) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping once handed to the carrier.

  • If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us within 48 hours as per our Refund Policy.

🇨🇦 Canadian Customers: Please note that import duties, taxes, and a $9.95 CAD Canada Post handling fee are not included in the item price or shipping cost. these charges are the buyer's responsibility upon delivery.
