White Nimbus TCG – Refund & Return Policy

At White Nimbus TCG, we strive to provide the highest quality trading card game products to our community. Due to the nature of the collectible market and the volatility of card prices, our policy is as follows:
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
To maintain the integrity of our inventory and prevent tampering, all sales of the following items are final and non-returnable:

Sealed Products: This includes, but is not limited to, Booster Boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs), Blister Packs, and Special Collection Boxes. Once a sealed product has left our custody, we cannot verify that it has not been searched or resealed; therefore, we cannot accept returns.

Single Cards: All individual card sales are final. Prices for singles are based on current market value at the time of purchase and are not eligible for returns based on market fluctuations.
2. CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if the request is received before the order has been processed for shipment.

Once a tracking number has been generated or the status is marked as "Shipped," the order can no longer be cancelled.
3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in the condition described. However, if there is an issue with your order:

Reporting Window: Any claims for items damaged in transit or incorrect items (e.g., received the wrong set) must be reported to us at mobcolastudios@proton.me within 48 hours of the delivery date tracked by the carrier.

Documentation: To process a claim, you must provide clear photos of the shipping box, the packaging materials, and the product in question. For high-value orders, we strongly recommend filming an "unboxing video" to verify the condition of the items upon arrival.

Resolution: If a claim is validated, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement (if stock is available), a return for a full refund, or store credit.
4. ACCESSORIES (NON-TCG ITEMS)
For non-collectible items such as deck boxes, sleeves, or playmats:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original, unopened factory packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
5. HOW TO START A RETURN (FOR ELIGIBLE ITEMS)
To start a return for an accessory or a damaged item, please contact us at mobcolastudios@proton.me with your Order Number. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
6. NOTE ON JAPANESE IMPORT PRODUCTS
- Shrink Wrap: Japanese booster boxes may use different gauges of plastic or heat-seal methods. Small "vent holes" or slight wrinkles in the shrink wrap are a normal part of the factory sealing process and are not considered defects.
- Box Construction: Some Japanese sets (such as certain High-Class packs) use "tear-strip" cardboard boxes rather than full shrink wrap. These are considered "factory sealed" by the manufacturer.
- Condition: While we source only the highest quality items, minor "shelf wear" on the outer box (small corner dents or scuffs) does not affect the internal contents and is not eligible for a "Damaged Item" claim.
7. REFUNDS (NEW JERSEY DISCLOSURE)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
